Installation of the racks
How do I install the racks?
Racks should ideally be installed horizontally at either 24 1/8" o.c., 30 -1/8" o.c. or 48-1/8" o.c. Note: The abbreviation c/c stands for center/center and means that the measurement should be taken from the center of the rack to the center of the next rack. See the installation plan
Adjusting my display units
How do I adjust the height and level of my displays?
Place a bubble level on the unit and adjust the screws under the legs until all sides look straight.

Anyone can buy from Elite Store Fixtures. Just follow the steps in the “My Account” section.

Once your order is paid, a confirmation will be sent to you. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Picking-up an order
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, by appointment only, as most orders must be prepared in advance.
Pick-up fees
Why do you charge a $25 pick-up fee?
Our structure is designed to offer the lowest prices and simplify your shopping experience. In most cases, we can deliver for less than the cost of your pick-up trip.
Visiting the showroom
Can I visit your showroom and leave with my order?
You can visit our showroom, but our products are kept in a different warehouse location. Pick-up is by appointment only.
Modifying my delivery address
Can I change my delivery address?
You must call us as soon as possible. Any modification could result in additional charges, and your order may be delayed.
Product transportation
How are your products delivered?
To offer the best prices, this service is provided through courier and transportation companies.
Lost or damaged order
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise and indicate what is missing or damaged on the delivery slip, and to ensure that this information is noted by the driver. You must then contact the shipping company to complete a claim. Please refer to our shipping policies for complete procedures.
Sales and shipments to the United States
We deliver to the United States, but prices do not include delivery, taxes or customs fees. Please refer to our shipping policies for complete procedures.
