PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW

Before any return of merchandise or refusal of delivery, you must contact customer service at cs@elitemtl.ca in order to obtain a return authorization number.

Unless specified otherwise in writing by ÉLITE, the return of the merchandise must be made in its original package, all products will be returned to ÉLITE head office located at 4575 Sir Wilfrid Laurier, St-Hubert, Quebec, J3Y 3X3 and the customer will assume all shipping costs.

A credit will be offered to the customer upon prior approval and discretion of ÉLITE then a return authorization number will be issued. Otherwise the return may be refused or non-credited.

Arrangements for the return will be made by ÉLITE and the return authorization number must appear on the packing slip of every parcel of the return goods.

The merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date indicated on the invoice on condition that the items are in their original packaging and unused.

In the event that the merchandise is returned more than 30 days after the date indicated on the invoice, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

In the event that the merchandise is returned more than 60 days after the date indicated on the invoice, no credit will be given. Any returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

ÉLITE will not accept any items that are returned collect.

Unpaid invoices will have to be paid in full before the refund is granted, even if ÉLITE remains in possession of the merchandise.

Granting an authorization number for a return does not guarantee that merchandise will be credited. The product must first be inspected to our satisfaction at our warehouse.

NON-CREDITED REQUESTS

Unauthorized returns cannot be credited.

Products bought on liquidation are final sales and absolutely no return will be accepted.

Special or custom-made order cannot be canceled or returned, under any conditions.

Due to the delicate nature and fragility of mannequins and their components, all

mannequin’s purchases are addressed case by case.

Although ÉLITE has made every attempt to ensure correctness of measurements and other product specifications, we take no responsibility when errors of this nature occur on our website or in our other publications. If you require confirmation of a specific dimension or other specification, please contact us.

DAMAGES

Our legal responsibility ends when the goods have been transferred to the customer’s carrier or agent. ÉLITE’s responsibility ends when the goods have been delivered to the carrier.

You must inspect your order for damaged box comers, crushed boxes, etc, prior to signing for the delivery. If there is a damaged piece, you must sign for it as damaged. In addition, ÉLITE must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any damaged items received.

If you received an item that is damaged and you do not lodge a claim within 24 hours, the carrier will not honour your claim for the damaged items. Therefore, no refund will be given.
